Partner Annual Reporting
Once a year Partners report their emission reduction successes via the Clean Air Partners Reporting Website. This user-friendly tool requires a Partner login username and password for Partners’ private access. Partners submit their annual reduction data to this site that archives annual data permanently, calculates the Partner’s annual emissions reduced, and tracks percentage of emissions reduced per the Clean Air Partner “10% reductions in three years” commitment.
Partners are required to submit their annual emission reduction data for the previous calendar year by August 31st.
Leading up to the deadline, the program’s annual CAPP Reporting Period begins July 1st.
Outside the annual CAPP Reporting Period, Partners can:
- Submit reporting data for the previous calendar year EARLY (between Jan 1st – June 30th)
- Submit previous years of reporting data to be archived
- Create or update their emissions baseline (Program Manager, or PM approval required)
Important Notes:
- To request a Partner username and password to log in, email the Program Manager (PM)
- Please request approval from the PM for any baseline or reporting year updates you wish to make by providing a brief summary and justification via email (for Partner records).
- Please notify the PM upon submitting new or updated data as final to be confirmed as a creditable and accurate submittal.
